Automation is a popular word nowadays. A lot of corporations attempt to propose their solutions to the market. Commonly they are quite attractive and have got a lot of great characteristics, but it is just the first view. During the research of various stuff management software programs, I found that its usage has more shortcomings than advantages. There are some reasons why I do not utilize them.

Reason 1: It is not a freeware soft. Almost all available employee management software is not freeware. The setting up fee is not the full charge, you will have to pay for support, maintenance and updates. A lot of people use this software no matter how much does it cost. If you clearly see how the advantages do it, pay. In case you don't, keep the money. Money is the lesser evil.
